Questions before you enrol
How do I enrol in a program?
To enrol: 1. Open the Programs page and choose a published program. 2. Select Enrol now when online enrolment is available. If the program requires confirmation, submit the free consultation form instead. 3. Confirm who will study, then sign in or create the appropriate Student or Parent account. 4. Review the ex-GST price, discounts, GST and final total before payment. 5. Complete payment through Stripe. A confirmation and invoice will be available after successful payment. A learner under 18 may choose a program, but an authorised parent or guardian must accept the terms and complete payment.
What level are the programs for?
Pathways are available from beginner through exam, academic and professional Chinese. We confirm your level during consultation.
How does enrolment work for a child?
For a learner under 18, enrolment is completed by a parent or legal guardian: 1. Register a Parent account and provide the child's name and date of birth. 2. In the Parent Portal, create a profile for the child. If the child already has a student login, submit a link request instead; the relationship will be verified before access is granted. 3. Choose a suitable program and complete payment from the authorised Parent account. Learners under 18 cannot pay directly, and payment records and invoices remain with the parent. 4. You can start with a parent-managed profile, which does not require a child email. If the child needs an independent login later, send an invitation so they can set their own password. If you are unsure which program or account option to choose, request a free consultation first.
How is GST calculated?
Course prices are shown before GST. Discounts and coupons reduce the ex-GST price first, then 10% GST is added. The standard GST-inclusive total is shown with each course, and the final breakdown is confirmed before payment.

Yes. The free consultation does not create a payment, and the team normally responds within one business day.
